Who I Work With

I work with adults seeking lasting change and greater wellbeing.

My clients include people dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or the challenges of being neurodivergent, as well as those navigating relationship issues, identity questions, or major life transitions.

I especially enjoy helping men and people in tech fields and the trades work through self-doubt, burnout, and the pressure to perform rather than connect — including those balancing intense intellectual or practical strengths with emotional isolation.

I also work with LGBTQIA+ clients, drawing from my own lived experience and long involvement in advocacy and community activism. My work emphasizes identity, resilience, and chosen family. As part of that commitment, I provide support letters for individuals seeking gender-affirming surgery, written with care, respect, and a deep understanding of the process and its emotional importance.

Most of my clients are outwardly doing well, though I also have experience supporting people with more intense practical or emotional needs.

Together, we explore underlying causes, build insight and skills, and restore a sense of agency, steadiness, and purpose. I’m comfortable with complex cases and with clients who have been in therapy before but are ready to go deeper.

Some clients come at turning points; others come to strengthen their wellbeing. Therapy is a space where you can be honest, curious, and fully human — no jargon, no judgment.

Whoever you are, you don’t have to face it alone.
